Green Goddess Dressing-Part 2 in an Occasional Series on Recipes from Mom’s Files

Green Goddess Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise 
  • 8 anchovies, rinsed and minced
  • 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chives, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons tarragon leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 scallion, white and green part, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • A healthy pinch of freshly ground white pepper

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and pulse until mixed. That’s it!
